Auto Transport Wyoming

Wyoming is a Midwest state that is well known for its wide abundance of grasslands. While much of Wyoming is relatively flat, the Black Hills region is full of low mountain ranges and an abundance of pine trees. If you are getting a car shipped to cities like Cody, Greybull and Basin in the Black Hills region, be aware that traffic on Highway 20 is often delayed due to natural occurrences in Bighorn National Forest. When cars are shipped through Wyoming to the East or West, the normal route is the state’s major highway, Interstate 80. This highway runs through the southern portion of the state and there are typically few delays.

The grasslands meet the Rocky Mountains in Wyoming. Be advised that the average yearly temperatures decrease as traffic moves to the West. This can cause problems for cars shipped to the northwestern portion of the state. As a general rule, the closer a car is shipped to the Rocky Mountains region, the more necessary an enclosed hauler becomes, particularly during the winter months when snow and ice can pose problems and steep roads can cause accidents.

Wildlife is, of course, a consideration as large game such as Bison and deer are often spotted on the highways and can cause traffic delays.
